Nestled within the rolling Chiltern Hills near Aylesbury in Buckinghamshire, is the beautiful village of Hardwick. At its heart, stands the beautiful 17th Century Grade II listed country Buckinghamshire pub and restaurant, ‘The Bell’ at Hardwick. The Bell is a welcoming, picturesque village freehouse full of rural charm and rustic character.

Today the Bell is a hub for the community offering a family friendly atmosphere, roaring log fires in winter, and a warm welcome for dogs and muddy boots in the bar.  In the warmer months, we have plenty of seating in the sun or at shaded tables in our delightful garden, or on our patio. We offer freshly cooked, locally sourced British food, complimented by our specially selected wines by the glass, or bottle.

Our menus change seasonally and are complimented by daily specials.  We can amend our offering for individuals or parties with particular allergies or preferences – please just ask us when booking.
