General notes:

We normally use Zanni’s Organic, Heritage grain, long fermented sourdough. We do also make our own gluten free breads and we can offer this instead where requested.

We can use whichever milk alternatives you would like in making our sauces and mashed potato – we avoid soy milk and have excellent almond and cashew alternatives.

Where the party follows a Paleo diet, We can prepare food using coconut oil and coconut or almond flour.
