The Bell Hardwick – freshly cooked food and real ale on the Aylesbury Ring bridleway
Fancy stopping off in a sun-trap of a beer garden or in a front of a roaring log fire? Muddy boots and dogs are welcome in the right hands side of The Bell which has a flagstone floor especially to welcome you. Cyclists, there is a wonderful courtyard behind the pub to store your bikes (not that Hardwick is known for theft!) You will find local real ale and what better than a Hardwick pie to provide the energy for the remainder of your trip?
The Aylesbury Ring was created by the Aylesbury and District group of the Ramblers. The route is never more than 5 miles from the centre of Aylesbury, encompassing some of the remoter areas of the Vale and passing through Great Kimble, Dinton, Waddesdon, Hardwick, Rowsham, Hulcott and Aston Clinton. The route can be used by mountain bikers and walkers alike.
