Roasted beetroot and goats cheese quenelle on brushetta.

Melon and parma ham with a port reduction.


Deconstructed beef wellington cooked medium with parmentier potatoes, seasonal vegetables and a rich red wine sauce.

Traditional sliced turkey with stuffing, pigs in blankets, roasted potatoes, and seasonable vegetables.
